4th Quarter – Maintaining Your Own Blog

At this point, I am going to give you a lot of freedom to choose what it is that you want to blog about regularly. We’ve done a review blog, a current event blog, a travel blog, and a journal blog so far. If you want, you can choose to focus your blog in a certain way (example: begin reviewing music on a regular basis or writing about fashion). If you want to use the blog as a journal, go for it. If you want to keep giving commentary on world events, great. If you want to write about the NBA playoffs, do it. If you have another great idea on something that you can blog about, let me know and give it a go.

For the next 3 weeks, this will be the weekly expectation:

3 blog posts (150 word minimum each)

5 comments on other blogs (following the rules of good commenting)

All pictures have the proper attribution from Wikimedia Commons

Grading:

5 Points: 150 words & picture w/ attribution

4 points: 125 words or no picture

3 points: 100 words

2 points: 75 words

1 point: 50 words

I won’t publish posts that have pictures or images without proper attribution from Wikimedia Commons. The only exception is if you are putting your own picture (like you took the picture) in the post.
